Occupancy Policy	A maximum of three (3) guests (adult or child) is allowed per room. An additional fee of PHP 200 applies for the third guest availing of extra amenities.

Key Deposit	A refundable key deposit of PHP 500 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be forfeited in case of lost or unreturned keys.
Loss, Damage, and Charges	Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property. Reservations	Reservations may be made online or via walk-in. All bookings are subject to room availability.
Guest Responsibility	The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings inside guest rooms. A safety deposit box is available at the Front Desk for valuables.
Payments and Refunds	All payments are on a daily basis unless paid in advance. Room extensions must be settled before check-out time. Failure to settle payment for one (1) day authorizes management to remove personal belongings from the room. All payments are non-refundable.
Visitor and Companion Policy	Visitors are not allowed. Each registered guest is entitled to one (1) companion per day only.
Other House Rules, Energy and Water Conservation	Pets are not allowed. Cooking, heating food, or using electrical appliances not provided by the hotel is strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to maintain silence at all times. Littering is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to help conserve energy and water by turning off lights and air-conditioning units when leaving the room and ensuring faucets are properly closed.
